WHERE I WAS
Busy and burned out professional quietly falling apart. Despite having a medical degree, I couldn't fix what was wrong with me. Racing heart. Tension I couldn't release. Nights I couldn't sleep. A body that felt like it was always bracing for something.
WHAT I DISCOVERED
My nervous system had been in survival mode for years. No amount of knowledge, willpower, or pushing harder was going to change that. The foundation had to come first, and for me, that meant starting with regulation before anything else.
WHAT CHANGED
I rebuilt from the inside out. Lost nearly 50 pounds. Built a framework I named 'The RESTORE Method by Dr. Aastha Visen™' that gave structure to the process. And then I built Wellness Vision to give other women the pathway I had to find alone. This is a six-pillar practice. We're starting where the body always needs to start: the nervous system.
